Can anyone tell me how to use tea tree oil and Lavender oil to eliminate head lice and how do i prepare it?

Mix tea tree oil with a small amount of shampoo; use to wash hair on a regular basis. Comb to remove nits.Can anyone tell me how to use tea tree oil and Lavender oil to eliminate head lice and how do i prepare it?
You need half of a cup fo white vinegar and the other half od olive oil, and 12 drops of tea tree, add this to the dry Hair and cover whit plastic and a toil, uses twice a week.
