How to make sesame seeds massage oil (or aromatherapy oil)?

Get some cold pressed sesame seed oil (or another oil of your choice) and add whichever aromatherapy oils you choose.

Best to mix maybe two or three oils maximum. Start with one that you like, then pick another one and wave both bottles under your nose to see if they work together. If they do, great, use them or add another one to the mix, if they don't, move on to another combination.

Start with around ten drops of each oil and add if needed. Gently mix in by turn massage oil in bottle upside down a few times. If one of the oils is a stronger smell than the other/s then make sure to put less of that one in.

Sesame oil is a great oil for massage as it is quite a light oil, although it does have quite a distinct scent that may not be covered up by the essential oils. Depending on what you are after, this might work fine.

Other great oils to use for massage due to the fact that they are fairly light and therefore are absorbed well are: Sweet Almond Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Jojoba, Soybean etc. You can find these in healthfood, wholefood and organic stores and often also in supermarkets these days. How to make sesame seeds massage oil (or aromatherapy oil)?
I am not sure what you mean by make massage oil. If you mean make it yourself from the seeds etc. for the amount of oil you could make and the effect it takes to make it, it is easier to buy a base/carrier (sesame, sweet almond oil etc.). If you need a blend to massage, buy the essential you need to made the blend (cannot help here do not know what you need the massage oil for), or you could buy a ready made blend.

Be careful if you are not a trained Aromatherapist, because some oils some are toxic, others should be used with care. All should used with care with certain illnesses or if the client is pregnant.

There are many books and websites - too many to list here one good web site is:- http://www.aromaweb.com/. They also give a list of good books, some blends and details about oils etc., so are a good start.

Hope this is of help to you
