What is the best essential oil for an aromatherapy steam bath to really clease your skin?

I know that ';Silky Scents'; has essential oils %26amp; organic essential oils, and they have a free recipe section. You'll probably be able to find all the information there. Plus they have the pictures of each plant. You can google their name to find them online. What is the best essential oil for an aromatherapy steam bath to really clease your skin?

You can't use an 'aromatherapy' essential oil to 'cleanse' your skin in a 'steam bath' ... 'aromatherapy' is the 'science of scent' that gives us the 'odors' (smells) that cause us to relax, feel energized, think better, etc. For a good 'essential oil' to 'cleanse your body' there is really only one ... olive oil. In the 'ancient days' (around the time of Christ), olive oil was used to 'wash' the body and the hair ... water wasn't 'easily found' and the olive oil was a good 'moisturizer' that doesn't go 'bad' when it's heated slightly ... but if you decide to 'take an olive oil bath' when you are in your steam bath, PLEASE use AT LEAST a good 'hot water' scrubbing (most people use soap) and rinse three times in successively cooler water or you will 'stink badly' ... HOT WATER is the BEST CLEANSER we have! Anything else is just 'fluff' ... but I do 'love the suds' from my lavender and shea oil 'soap.'
Frankensense %26amp; Myrrh are supposed to be good - although expensive!
